These are two very special murals I did for a client who owns a holiday apartment house in Berlin. The whole house has a vintage and retro-styled interior design so an art nouveau-themed artwork would be a good fit. A style like this isn't often found in my portfolio so it was quite a challenge to do the geometric and symmetric design properly. Needless to say that I was thrilled to use metallic gold paint! The journey was a little bit of an up and down since I've spent endless hours measuring and taping. But the result was worth all the energy! The lines and edges turned out super sharp and also the golden paint works perfectly on the black background. Not to forget the client was extremely excited and happy in the end, so yasss!
